New York Fashion Week (NYFW), held twice a year in New York City, USA, is an international fashion week for buyers of fashionable clothing, media companies and the general public. NYFW is the oldest fashion week in the world, ranking among the “Big Four” along with Paris, London and Milan's fashion weeks. On February 12, 2023, PRIVATE POLICY kicked off its Fall/Winter 2023 show at NYFW. Based on their exploration of sustainable fashion, designers Haoran Li and Siying Qu focused on the theme “We are all Animals”.
